AI Mode Overview
This walkthrough covers all of the AI mode essentials.
Note: Integrations (Zapier, Sheets, Notifications, etc) do not work with standalone AI Mode - use Hybrid Mode instead below if this is required.
Note: AI blocks should only be used at the end of a branch. Once a user is in AI mode, they can’t go back into the “regular” flow, so no blocks after an AI block will be hit, unless the user uses the “reset” button in the top right hand corner of the widget — you can instruct users to use this button if they need to go back.
